What motivated you to get into coaching?:

At first I really missed competing and the game of basketball, so that was my original motivation as a younger coach. Soon after, it became about the players and their development on and off the court; being a leader and building a team over a course of a season, seeing improvement was excellent motivation.

What do you love about being a Coach Developer?:

The teaching component and being exposed to various coaches and backgrounds.

Why did you want to be a Coach Developer?:

I really wanted to give back, educate, make connections and learn from other coaches around the country at all levels.

Favorite Coaching Quote:

I'm a big Dallas Cowboys fan - one of Tom Landry's quote's always stood out to me: "A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you always knew you could be."
