|What motivated you to get into coaching?:|| |
Basketball has taught me a lot when it comes to life skills and it helped me become a better person in a team concept or dynamic in all spheres of life.
|What do you love about being a Coach Developer?:|| |
It's a learning experience for both the coaches and the coach developer because we come from different programs but we all work towards the same objective which is bringing young athletes to pass from The "I" to "US". It's fun to see the impact that we can have on coaches regardless of their years of experience and it goes both ways.
|Why did you want to be a Coach Developer?:|| |
Basketball is my passion and the more I can be part in the amelioration of my sport, the more I become a better person overall. It has been part of my life since I'm a kid and it's my way to give back to the athletes and coaches so they can have the same or better experience then I did.
