I was the Executive Director for Regina Community Basketball and Basketball Saskatchewan.  Currently I administer Steve Nash Youth Basketball in Saskatchewan.

What motivated you to get into coaching?:

I first got involved in coaching because my children were playing and I fell in love with helping the children be successful.  Watching a player do a layup for the first time is awesome.

What do you love about being a Coach Developer?:

I love to talk about basketball with other coaches and sharing our experiences and learnings.

Why did you want to be a Coach Developer?:

As the Executive Director I got involved in a lot of the new NCCP clinics facilitated by Mike McKay and I learnt so much from him I wanted to share it with other coaches.
