What motivated you to get into coaching?:

What motivated me to get into coaching is that I was a former player for 20 years and felt I wanted to give back to a community that gave so much to me.  I also think there is a need to women to be coaching this sport.

What do you love about being a Coach Developer?:

Growing the game and helping other coaches reach their goals to coach whether it is coaching their kids or coaching at a very high level.

Why did you want to be a Coach Developer?:

To help our province expand and grow. We have many coaches that want to receive proper training but we needed more support in a Learning Facilitator capacity.
