ENGLISH AIDS CAJA LABORAL IN SPANISH LEAGUE UPSET

VITORIA, Spain - Carl English of the Canadian Senior Men's National Team had a dozen points as Caja Laboral Vitoria (10-3) moved into third place in Spain's ACB with an 80-62 upset of MMC Real Madrid (11-2) last weekend.
It was the second straight loss for Real Madrid which is in second place behind Regal Barcelona (12-1).
English was 4-of-8 from the field (2-of-4 threes) and 2-of-2 from the line in 20 minutes as a starter.
Tiago Splitter led Caja Laboral with 17 points and seven rebounds while Pau Ribas added 13 points.
Louis Bullock was tops for Real Madrid with 13 points.
