It's been 50 years since the first Canada Games, held in Quebec City in 1967. Since then, the Games have alternated every two years between winter and summer, and grown to become Canada's largest multi-sport competition for young athletes. With the Canada Games poised as a key step in the development of Canada's future stars, Canada Games athletes are Canada's next national, international and Olympic champions.
