TORONTO, ON - A day prior to breaking the Phoenix Suns all-time franchise record for assists, Steve Nash took the time to speak with NPH on a topic outside of his own career.

Young Canadian ballers are gradually rising and gaining confidence in themselves to aspire for more. Ambitions of making it onto an NBA roster is no longer just a dream; it has become a reality for some, while closer to thousands of others.

Canadian basketball is here to stay...and the nation's living legend knows it.

"I keep in touch with some of the guys, see their progress and follow their success...it's great," explained Nash, referring to the up and coming talent from the mother land.
