Today marks the opening day of the Toronto Raptors training camp in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The team will practice October 2nd-5th and on October 6th, The Raptors will play a intrasquad game at the Halifax Metro Centre (for ticket information, click here).

With the Raptors in town, the team will be participating in numerous activities while in Nova Scotia. One of them being a free Toronto Raptors basketball camp for kids ages 8-14, that will be conducted by the Toronto Raptors coaches. For more information about the camp, click here.

The Raptors will begin preseason on October 8th against Madrid at the Air Canada Centre, with the opening game of the season taking place on October 31st at home against Indiana Pacers.
